Your basket and WhatsApp order

Your browser remembers your basket and, if you choose, your usual order on this device. These choices help you return to your order and use current prices. Your delivery area is included in the message you prepare, but is not saved with the browser basket.

When you continue to WhatsApp, the prepared message contains your chosen rice, quantities, price, order reference, delivery preference and campaign labels. You choose whether to send it. WhatsApp then handles that conversation under its own privacy policy. Our team uses the details you send, including your contact information and delivery address, to confirm, fulfil and support your order.

Optional measurement

You can allow or reject optional shopping and advertising measurement. Rejecting it does not prevent ordering. We ask for a fresh choice before adding shopping measurement to an earlier Google-only agreement; earlier rejections stay in place until they expire or you change your choice.

If you allow it, Khaas counts clicks on rice details and pack choices, clicks on offers, successful basket additions and clicks on “Continue on WhatsApp”. The event contains the relevant product or offer ID, pack size and quantity where applicable, the page path without query text, and a random ID for that action to prevent duplicates. Product quantities count bags; offer quantities count offers or bundles. We do not read your saved basket to backfill activity or replay activity from before your choice.

These shopping events do not contain your name, phone number, delivery area, address, WhatsApp message, order reference, basket value, advertising identifiers or a visitor or session ID. They go to our own website service and are kept for 90 days, with daily cleanup. They measure actions by visitors who allow measurement, rather than unique people, completed purchases or confirmed WhatsApp messages.

When enabled and allowed, Google Ads separately uses its measurement tag, cookies and ad-click identifiers to understand visits and which adverts lead to a click on “Continue on WhatsApp”. Its base tag measures page visits; the only conversion event we send to Google is a website enquiry. Product clicks, offer clicks and basket additions are not sent to Google.

That event includes your order reference so repeated clicks can be recognised. We do not include your name, phone number, delivery area, address or WhatsApp message text in the event. A WhatsApp click is an enquiry, not proof that a message was sent or a purchase completed.

We are not collecting a separate ad-click-to-order history on our server, uploading delivered-order or refund values to Google, or enabling Google Analytics at this stage. Our team keeps the order and refund records needed to fulfil purchases and support customers separately.

Your consent choice is remembered on this device for up to 90 days. Google's consented advertising measurement uses cookies and identifiers under its own policies. You can change your choice at any time below; rejecting stops future optional events immediately.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes technical connection information to deliver it and prevent abuse. WhatsApp handles messages you send through its service. If you allow enabled Google measurement, Google processes that information under its own policies. We do not put your contact details or full address into website analytics events.

Your choices and requests

Use “Clear order” or “Delete saved order” in the basket to remove those saved choices. You can also clear this website’s browser data. Rejecting optional measurement clears the locally stored measurement identifiers this website can access and stops future optional measurement. It does not automatically erase information Google or our team has already received; contact us with your order reference if you have a request about an earlier enquiry or order.
